Now The Thompson Trio!
Thompson Square’s Shawna Thompson gave birth to the couple’s first child on yesterday (January 24) morning. The baby boy was born at 2:46AM, weighing 7 lbs., 13 oz.
In the weeks leading up to the birth they had been referring to him as ‘Cooper,’ but in a statement they shared his full name, Rigney Cooper Thompson. Rigney is her grandmother’s maiden name.

It looks like the new mom and dad will settle into their new roles of parents off the road as they have no tour dates scheduled through the summer.
