» George Strait Says ‘Goodbye’ To Nashville

It was a special night in Nashville Friday as George Strait said “goodbye” to the city that had been the center of his career for over 30 years.

George Strait along with guests Sheryl Crow, Kenny Chesney and Eric Church played for 3 1/2 hours for his final touring show in Music City on the ‘Cowboy Rides Away’ tour.

Sheryl opened the show and was brought back to sing “Here for a Good Time” and “When Did You Stop Loving Me.” Eric got to sing “Cowboys Like Us” with him while Kenny and George teamed up for “Amarillo By Morning.”

George’s final show will be June 7 in Arlington, Texas.and will include Kenny, Eric, Jason Aldean, Vince Gill, Faith Hill, Alan Jackson, Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride and Lee Ann Womack.
