The Henningsens Release “I Miss You’ Video

Posted on: October 31st, 2013 by Chris

The Henningsens video for their new song, “I Miss You” has a weird, frozen in time kind of feel. Kind of appropriate for Halloween tonight.

Most of it takes place in an abandoned soda shop. Cobwebs cover booths, salt and pepper shakers, and people who look like they were frozen in time.

Posted on: October 31st, 2013 by Chris

Jana Kramer is rumored to have a new man in her life.  ‘Us’ magazine says she is now dating actor Scott Eastwood, who is the son of Clint Eastwood.

They say an unidentified source has told them that the two “are definitely into each other.” They apparently met through mutual friends and have been seen backstage at Jana’s recent shows in San Diego and Anaheim.

Jana was engaged to Brantley Gilbert but split up in August because their careers got in the way of their relationship.

You can read more about it from ‘Us’ here.

Wedding Bells For Rodney?

Posted on: October 30th, 2013 by Chris

Word is Rodney Atkins and Rose Falcon will get married soon. The couple got engaged in June and, even though no specific date has been given, he’s recently said they will be married within a month.

You may remember his divorce from Tammy, to whom he was married for 13 years, was somewhat messy and public, and included his being arrested after being accused of domestic assault.

That aside, he seems to be comfortable where life has led him. “I really have gone into trying to figure out not my motives, not what my plans are, but what am I doing here? Like when things go crazy and you go through struggles in your life, and you kind of leave that door open for God, like ‘God, what do you got in store for me?’”

As for Rose, he says “What she’s brought into my life is unbelievable. It’s just complete peace of mind of what love’s supposed to be.”

To go along with a new wife, Rodney will have new music out early next year.

Dierks Bentley’s Gets Personal For “I Hold On” Video

Posted on: October 30th, 2013 by Chris

Dierks Bentley premiered the video for his autobiographical song “I Hold On” today.

It was filmed in Nashville and over a weekend of tour dates in Texas, and features Dierks showing off some of the things he’s held onto through the years, including his truck “Big White.”

The alternate story told is that of a young musician balancing his climb in the music business with keeping a firm grip on his values. Dierks says, “It was really important to me that this video capture the story of this song…my story. But it also needed to take on the more universal themes that the choruses cover. The lyrics were written from such a real and emotional place, and I put a lot of pressure on making sure this video held up to what Brett James and I wrote that day.”
